If a product is unavailable to complete your order, a staff member will contact you via email or phone.
For non-account customers, no orders will be dispatched until full payment is received. Please note that we do not accept payment by credit card.
Account customers with a 30-day account will have orders dispatched upon completion. Trading terms are 30 days from date of statement.
If a product is not as described, you are unsatisfied, receive the wrong goods or the product arrives damaged or faulty please contact TWM Co. Rings. We will either provide a refund, or if suitable a repair or replacement. Approval must be given by TWM Co. Rings before any goods can be returned.
TWM Co. Rings are not required to provide a refund for change of mind.
Standard dispatch of order is 7-10 working days (estimate only)
Priority dispatch is 4-5 days.
Delivery time varies depending on location
We are not liable for any delivery problems which are beyond our control.
Overnight satchel with signature required will be fully insured, until receipt or delivery of your order.
Orders being dispatched via overnight satchel require a signature from the person receiving your parcel at your nominated delivery address.
Products will be deemed received by you if accepted and signed for by any person at your nominated address.
It is your responsibility to ensure availability for delivery at your requested address. Re-delivery due to nonavailability will result in further delivery charges.
TWM Co. Rings will not accept any claim for lost or missing parcels if the customer deviates from the delivery terms.
You agree to indemnify TWM Co. Rings and hold us harmless from and against any and all liabilities or expenses suffered by us arising from or in any way related to your use of this website or the services or information offered on this website, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgements, litigation costs and solicitors fees of every kind and nature incurred by us or any of our agents and contractors.
The risk for any product ordered by you passes to you upon delivery to your freight carrier. If your order specifies that TWM Co. Rings is to insure your product, then the risk will remain with us until your order is delivered and signed for at your nominated address.
